About the role
The Associate Director, Neurology Market Insights will support the US Neurology business as a pivotal partner in defining, understanding, and developing the strategy and expectations for our first Neurology launch. The role involves planning, budgeting and executing pre- and post‑launch market research and competitive intelligence to inform product plans and strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive market/customer insights that guide launch readiness and execution.
- Lead primary and secondary market research for Sevasemten, including patient journey, demand studies, message testing, and tracking studies.
- Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to develop and execute research shaping launch strategies and tactics.
- Develop and track launch KPIs, reporting diagnostic indicators to guide execution and revenue growth.
- Lead competitive intelligence in Becker Muscular Dystrophy and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
- Present recommendations, status updates, risks, and recommendations as a key member of the launch team.
- Manage vendors such as market research firms, consulting agencies, and data providers.
- Collaborate with brand team and agency to support launch activities and ensure alignment with the market intelligence ecosystem.
Required profile
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, management consulting, or decision support within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing or equivalent; graduate degree a plus.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with strategic perspective.
- Experience with primary qualitative and quantitative market research techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and consensus‑building skills.
- Ability to manage resources and vendors effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer
- Salary range $170,000 – $201,000 plus short‑term and long‑term incentive programs.
