Associate Brand Manager

About the role

As an Associate Brand Manager at 1440 Foods, you will help drive the next phase of growth for our high‑protein snack and supplement brands. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies, launch innovations, and engage consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercialization of innovation projects, partnering with cross‑functional teams to build best‑in‑class products and launch plans.
• Manage packaging artwork for new items and product renovations.
• Collaborate with consumer insights to design studies that inform brand and innovation priorities.
• Oversee Pure Protein organic social strategy and brief internal/external partners for asset development.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns with emphasis on digital, social media, and in‑store execution.
• Assist in portfolio performance optimization and product assortment management.
• Manage brand marketing budget, including monthly reconciliation with finance.
• Monitor external category and competitive dynamics to inform marketing plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA optional).
• 3‑5 years of brand management or marketing experience with a record of driving complex projects.
• Strong analytical ability and ownership mindset in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Consumer‑first mindset for developing brand communication strategies.
