About the role
The Wisdom Teeth Guys seeks a dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Surgery Manager in overseeing a mobile oral surgery team across multiple locations in the Phoenix metro area. The role involves both on‑site clinic work and remote administrative tasks, with a schedule that includes every other Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Surgery Manager with day‑to‑day operations on surgery days.
- Prepare patient charts and conduct pre‑op calls to patients/parents.
- Manage a team of four oral surgery assistants.
- Handle patient payments, greet patients, and post treatments to the ledger.
- Support instrument and supply ordering, and oversee equipment such as handpieces, crash carts, and oxygen.
Required profile
- Experienced dental professional with office management background.
- Strong people skills and ability to work long hours in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish for patient communication.
Required skills
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Oral surgery office and clinical experience.
