Clinical Aide – PM Shift

About the role

Crossroads, an Arizona Department of Health Services licensed substance‑abuse treatment provider, is seeking a Clinical Aide for the PM shift. The role supports clients with medication self‑administration, audits, and coordination with pharmacies and medical staff in a fast‑paced residential setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with self‑administration of medications and document all medication arrivals and returns.
• Maintain a secure, organized medication room and conduct routine and random medication audits.
• Coordinate medication orders with clients’ medical practitioners and ensure health screenings and TB tests are completed within seven days of admission.
• Collaborate with care managers, university faculty, and other staff on medication policies and documentation.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; 1‑3 months related experience or equivalent training.
• Must meet Arizona Department of Health Services personnel requirements (age 21+, certifications, background checks, fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid/Narcan training, TB test, fingerprint clearance card).
• Valid AZ driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR record systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
