Lead Dental Assistant – Oral Surgery

About the role
The Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a superstar lead oral surgery assistant to join their fast‑paced, fun, team‑oriented environment. You will work 4‑5 surgery days per week across multiple Phoenix locations, typically Tuesday‑Friday with two Saturdays a month.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in oral surgery extractions and related procedures.
- Order and manage supplies for the surgery rooms.
- Maintain a fast‑paced workflow and support the surgical team.
- Lead and mentor other dental assistants.
Required profile
- Fun personality with a desire to work with patients and staff.
- Leadership qualities and willingness to collaborate with the team.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- Oral Surgery Assisting (minimum 1 year required).
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification.
What we offer
- 35‑40 hours per week with accrued PTO and holiday pay.
