Architectural Project Manager

About the role

Kinetic Design + Development is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead complex, design‑forward projects from concept through delivery. You will guide multiple projects, serve as the primary client liaison, and ensure high standards of design, quality, and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple architectural projects from concept to completion, coordinating design, permitting, and construction teams.
• Partner with the Principal/Studio Leader to drive project success across all disciplines.
• Mentor and develop production staff, oversee design concepts, plans, presentations, and proposals.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing resources, and workflow; approve timesheets and ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform quality control checks and review drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Degree from a NAAB‑accredited university and a valid architectural license.
• 6+ years of experience managing architectural projects with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, and strong emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
• Familiarity with rendering and visualization software and project scheduling/budgeting tools.
