Senior Architectural Project Manager

About the role

Kinetic Design + Development seeks a Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead high‑volume corporate architectural projects from concept through completion, acting as the primary client liaison and ensuring design excellence, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with the Principal or Studio Leader to drive project success.
• Mentor and coach design coordinators, project assistants, and production staff.
• Oversee design concepts, plans, and proposals to align with client goals and Kinetic standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams including interiors and development services.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Perform quality control reviews and provide detailed redlines prior to committee review.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Participate in creative ideation and oversee production of drawings and specifications.

Required profile

• Professional degree from a NAAB‑accredited university and an active architectural license.
• 8‑10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and feasibility.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
