AP / Treasury Analyst

About the role

TTI Floor Care North America is hiring an AP / Treasury Analyst in Anderson, SC, reporting to the AP/AR Manager II. The role supports the Treasury cash management function by monitoring the group's cash position and acts as a key interface with business groups such as Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Legal and other finance teams. It also takes part in ongoing process improvement and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily bank account and related general ledger reconciliations
• Support month-end cash management processes for financial closing
• Prepare cash and liability reconciliations for interim and year-end audits
• Prepare deposits for all companies
• Review and validate new vendor setups in Oracle, following corporate and IRS W9/W8 guidelines
• Enter and process vendor invoices in the ERP and keep accurate vendor invoice history
• Resolve payment processing issues with vendors and colleagues
• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable closing reports
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit cards and employee expense reports
• Assist the AP team with year-end audit requests and 1099 reporting

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of work experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to take initiative
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work full-time in the office, including beyond normal business hours when required

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• ERP experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, JDE)
