Financial Analyst - Treasury

About the role

TTI Floor Care North America is hiring a Financial Analyst - Treasury for its Anderson, SC location. The role reports to the Treasury Manager on site and supports the Treasury cash management and Accounts Payable functions, keeping close contact with groups such as Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Legal and other finance teams. It also takes part in process improvement and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end processes, workflows and capabilities with a focus on operational excellence and proper internal controls.
• Support month-end cash management processes for financial closing.
• Maintain the wire invoice file and payment approval process, and the ACH invoice file, transmitting payment files to the operating bank.
• Enter and process vendor invoices and validate invoices posted through the EDI process.
• Prepare daily bank account reconciliations (intra-day and previous day) and related general ledger accounts.
• Prepare cash reconciliations for interim and year-end financial audits.
• Additional projects and duties as assigned by department management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to take initiative; team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work full time in the office and beyond normal business hours when required.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.) preferred.
