Senior Financial Analyst - Finance Systems & Reporting

About the role

TTI Consumer Power Tools is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for its Greenville campus, reporting to the Finance Manager II - FP&A. The role owns key financial processes including month-end close, management reporting, finance systems management and financial reporting to the business, and supports the entire campus. It suits an analytical, results-oriented person who can explain financial insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A month-end close and forecast reporting process and share results with leadership on time.
• Serve as system administrator and subject matter expert for enterprise performance management and financial reporting applications.
• Create standardized and ad hoc financial statements to support insight and decisions.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, including corporate consolidation submissions.
• Improve financial processes, tools and reporting to increase efficiency and value.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Analytics.
• 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a large corporation or retail organization.
• Ability to lead initiatives and communicate clearly with financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Snowflake.
• Backend Oracle and SAP ERP knowledge.
• Preferred: Anaplan or CCH Tagetik, SQL, and Python, VBA or similar analytical tools.
