Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the role

iRESTORE is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale affiliate partnerships for its Body and Skin product categories. The role combines data‑driven strategy, creative execution, and continuous optimization to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day influencer strategy and campaign execution for Body and Skin categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit creators aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Manage the full creator partnership lifecycle: outreach, product seeding, negotiations, contracts, briefs, approvals, scheduling, and payment coordination.
• Develop platform‑native campaign briefs and secure content usage rights for paid amplification.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, acquisition, revenue) and use insights to refine partner selection and investment decisions.
• Maintain organized trackers, budgets, timelines, contracts, content libraries, and reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years of affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience, preferably in DTC, e‑commerce, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
• Proven track record of executing performance‑focused affiliate strategies from discovery through reporting.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term external relationships.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Resourceful, solution‑oriented, and effective in a remote work environment.

Required skills

• Excel or Google Sheets for budgeting and performance analysis.
• Experience with affiliate networks, partner‑management platforms, tracking and attribution tools.
• Familiarity with Shopify and subscription/replenishment platforms such as SKIO.
• Practical use of AI for partner research, outreach personalization, and workflow efficiency.
