Job description
About the role
Gravity Global, a marketing consultancy specialising in brands in complex markets, is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead a portfolio of integrated marketing accounts worth approximately $1M in revenue. You will guide campaign development, client strategy and cross-functional execution across media, digital and creative, while mentoring the account team. The role suits someone who thrives on both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as senior relationship lead across client accounts, building long-term account roadmaps and anticipating client needs.
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media and creative channels, turning business goals into actionable plans.
- Mentor account team members (e.g. Account Managers and APMs) on prioritisation, decision-making and execution, without direct line management.
- Manage scopes of work, timelines, budgets and resource planning, and proactively identify risks and optimisation opportunities.
- Lead communication internally and with clients, prepare and deliver high-level presentations and client-facing materials.
- Oversee reporting and campaign performance, partnering with analytics and media teams to recommend optimisations based on client KPIs.
- Lead proposal development and scope refinement, and recommend project expansions and service enhancements.
Required profile
- 6-8 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record leading integrated campaigns and managing multiple mid-to-large accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn client goals into actionable plans.
- Confident communicator with experience leading senior client conversations and executive presentations.
- Experience mentoring team members in a project-based or matrixed environment.
Required skills
- Managing scopes of work, timelines and budgets with cross-functional teams.
- Tools such as Monday.com, Airtable or Asana; familiarity with marketing automation or analytics platforms is a plus.
What we offer
- Competitive pay aligned with local market practice.
- Ongoing development through continuous performance management, training and learning programmes.
- Cross-functional, global collaboration and recognition programmes.
- Flexible working arrangements and plentiful paid time off.
- Family-friendly policies such as parental leave and wellbeing resources.
