Account Executive I – Intercultural Language Services (Remote US)

About the role

The Account Executive I supports Cartus' Intercultural Language Services (ILS) team by delivering accurate reporting, data analysis, and business‑development assistance. Working remotely from the United States, you will partner with product, consulting, and marketing teams to drive client retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and visualize internal and client‑facing data for dashboards, reviews, and trend reports.
• Draft presentations, status reports, and client‑ready summaries for business‑development initiatives, RFPs, and proposals.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses, synthesize large data sets, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy.
• Support pricing model reviews, non‑standard pricing submissions, and billing data validation.
• Coordinate with account management, operations, pricing, billing, and other support teams to ensure data integrity and project execution.
• Assist with client audits, library maintenance of service results, and research projects as needed.
