Account Executive (Bilingual)

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring a bilingual Account Executive in Medford, MA, to sell its multicultural broadcast, podcast and experiential products, including Rumba 97.7, JAMN 94.5 and the national Latino network. The role focuses on building new business and growing existing accounts through in-person meetings, research and daily cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the broadcast and digital marketing products and identify new business opportunities through in-person client meetings and research.
• Cultivate existing business using the full product suite.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver data-driven sales presentations and use storytelling to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, expert negotiator and proactive; comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
• Able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Digital/media sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce, Microsoft Office and social networking platforms.
• Nice to have: multi-platform campaign management, analytics experience, iHeart or audio advertising background, and market connections.

• Salary of $60,000-$75,000 plus eligibility for commissions.
