Account Executive

About the role

iHeartMedia, the largest audio company in America, is hiring an Account Executive in Medford. The role uses the company's broadcast and digital marketing products to develop new business and grow existing accounts through in-person meetings, daily cold calling and research, while collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the broadcast and digital marketing products and identify new business opportunities through in-person client meetings and research.
• Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver data-backed sales presentations and use storytelling to meet clients' expectations.
• Plan and execute outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation.

Required profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, expert negotiator and proactive; able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving and persuasive communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Digital/media sales experience is a plus; experience with multi-platform campaigns, analytics, iHeart or audio advertising and market connections are a bonus.

What we offer

• Uncapped commission and a salary of $60,000-$75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
