About the role
The Access Business Partner serves as the regional subject‑matter expert for Macmillan Learning’s Access programs, supporting growth, readiness, and performance across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Drive regional Inclusive Access revenue growth and establish C‑suite relationships at key accounts.
- Coordinate program execution with vendor partners (e.g., VitalSource, BNED) and campus bookstore managers.
- Lead term‑readiness efforts, ensuring institutions and channel partners are prepared for each academic term.
- Monitor readiness dashboards, adoption metrics, and provide regular reporting to the Director.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 3‑5 years of experience in program management, partner relations, sales operations, or customer success.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and attend occasional company meetings.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
