Key Holder – Retail Sales and Customer Service

About the role

Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer‑service driven Full‑Time Key Holder for its Prince Street store in New York. The role focuses on generating sales, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals set with the store manager.
• Maintain visual and housekeeping standards, receive merchandise, process markdowns, and manage floor transfers.
• Capture customer contact information and conduct follow‑up via phone, email, and written communication.
• Operate the POS register and email systems, and safeguard inventory through loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Sales‑driven, goal‑oriented individual with a positive, high‑energy personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lb and use ladders or stairs for merchandising.

Required skills

• Proficiency with retail POS register systems.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
