VMSA Deployment Specialist

About the role

The VMSA Deployment Specialist supports the implementation and adoption of the VMSA order automation platform across SETT & PI programs, acting as a liaison between account teams, operations, and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate client programs for suitability and readiness for VMSA automation.
• Analyze and map critical program data such as locations, job titles, and order workflows.
• Collaborate with account and operational teams to identify and incorporate manual exceptions.
• Complete implementation templates, monitor deployment progress, and support testing and validation.
• Provide hypercare support, address issues, and respond to user questions post‑deployment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and staffing platforms such as Bullhorn.
• Knowledge of order management and workflow automation.
