About the role
InnVentures is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide corporate support and leadership to its managed hotel properties across an assigned market. The senior leader will mentor General Managers, ensure high‑quality service, and align each property with the company’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor General Managers, set short‑term and long‑range goals, and drive performance against defined metrics.
- Oversee financial management, develop annual budgets, and ensure results align with forecasts.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by upholding product and service standards, conducting property inspections, and enforcing corrective actions.
- Build and sustain relationships with owners, providing proactive communication.
- Implement sales, revenue management, and marketing programs to exceed RevPAR targets.
- Ensure assets are properly maintained, life‑safety programs are enforced, and all compliance standards are met.
- Analyze financial reports, GSS, STR, quality audits, and employee surveys to identify variances and initiate corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least eight years of relevant experience, preferably with both branded and independent hotels or resorts.
- Multi‑property management experience and strong leadership capabilities.
- Proven P&L and financial management expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adjust strategy based on market trends.
