About the role

Netflix House is a year‑round, immersive experience center where fans can explore, play, and shop their favorite Netflix stories. As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in delivering a best‑in‑class guest experience while driving operational efficiency and revenue growth at the Dallas location.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with overall on‑site operations, ensuring budget compliance.
• Lead and coach operational teams, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop hiring strategies and manage third‑party vendors to guarantee service quality and coverage.
• Create and execute workforce plans, optimizing labor allocation, scheduling efficiency, and staffing coverage.
• Build and maintain labor scheduling models that meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and help the team pivot as needed.
• Optimize daily operations for maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors across all operational aspects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Live Experiences, consumer products, finance, legal, HR, and content teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous innovation and safety, participating in safety committees.
• Serve as Manager on Duty for selected shifts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in themed entertainment, retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hiring practices and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and guest experience excellence.
