Territory Manager – Shockwave Medical

About the role

The Territory Manager will drive sales of Shockwave Medical’s Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) portfolio across hospitals and catheter labs in the Memphis area. This role combines prospecting, relationship building, and clinical support to grow revenue and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to physicians and hospital personnel.
• Conduct consultative sales calls, product demonstrations, and attend procedures in operating rooms.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, R&D, and field teams to identify and pursue selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of territory management experience in hospital‑based life sciences, preferably cardiovascular.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) product knowledge.
• Experience with catheter technology and endovascular procedures.
• Consultative sales and clinical presentation skills.
