Territory Manager – MedTech Sales

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager to promote Shockwave Medical’s innovative intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) solutions across the Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego regions. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians and hospital staff to drive adoption of cutting‑edge cardiovascular devices.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, cold‑call, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Educate physicians and hospital personnel on Shockwave products through presentations, demonstrations, and in‑room case support.
• Attend catheter‑lab procedures, provide product guidance, and gather clinical feedback.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets, maintaining accurate reports and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of territory management experience in hospital‑based life sciences, preferably cardiovascular.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of catheter technology and cardiovascular device sales.
• Consultative selling to interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons.
• Strong relationship‑building with physicians, OR staff, and hospital decision‑makers.
