Success Coach – Southwest (Arizona & New Mexico)

About the role

Great Minds is seeking a Success Coach to join its Implementation Services team, focusing on the Southwest region (Arizona and New Mexico). The role blends professional development facilitation with on‑site coaching to help districts and schools adopt and implement Great Minds curriculum effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders and teachers to plan, deliver, and follow up on professional development sessions.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to educators on curriculum usage, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Great Minds products (Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, Geodes, Arts & Letters ELA) and communicate their features and benefits.
• Collect feedback from schools to inform product improvements and share best practices across the regional team.
• Travel within the assigned region to support schools on-site, as needed.

Required profile

• Experienced classroom teacher or instructional coach with a strong background in curriculum implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple district relationships and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Arizona and New Mexico.
