About the role

Playlist is building a platform that connects people with fitness, wellness, and experiential brands. As a Strategic Account Manager you will act as the general manager for a portfolio of enterprise partners, driving growth, improving performance, and ensuring long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead executive‑level growth conversations focused on expansion, performance, and profitability.
  • Introduce and execute new Mindbody product opportunities to deepen partnerships and unlock revenue streams.
  • Diagnose partner needs, prioritize high‑impact opportunities, and co‑create data‑driven solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, managing issue resolution and end‑to‑end partner satisfaction.
  • Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior leaders across strategy, marketing, and operations.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to align on performance, insights, and future plans.
  • Drive operational improvements that enhance the partner experience on the Mindbody platform.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Pricing teams to remove roadblocks.

Required profile

  • 5‑6 years of quota‑carrying sales or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver creative solutions.
  • Track record of high performance, sound judgment, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong ability to balance internal priorities with partner needs and communicate clearly.
  • Experience building and sustaining long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a bias toward action and follow‑through.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to different audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
