About the role
Rogo is looking for a Solutions Architect to design and implement secure, scalable AI‑driven solutions for leading financial institutions. You will work closely with customers to integrate Rogo’s platform into their existing cloud environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews and guide customers on secure, compliant deployment of Rogo’s AI platform.
- Partner with sales on complex enterprise deals, providing technical validation and addressing objections.
- Support post‑sale onboarding, deployment, and ongoing technical communication.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to translate customer needs into platform improvements.
Required profile
- 4+ years in customer‑facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Infrastructure Architect.
- Strong communication and executive presence, able to engage senior technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage long‑running enterprise engagements with high ownership.
Required skills
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Solid understanding of networking, identity & access management, and security best practices.
