Solutions Architect

About the role

Roboflow is looking for a Solutions Architect to partner with the sales team and help customers design and deploy edge‑based computer‑vision solutions. You will act as the primary technical resource during pre‑sales, translating business needs into scalable, secure AI deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with sales, assess technical feasibility and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
• Design end‑to‑end computer‑vision solutions, selecting hardware, software and edge deployment configurations that meet scalability and security requirements.
• Lead demos and proof‑of‑concepts, configure environments, guide customers through product capabilities and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

Required profile

• Experience in solutions architecture, technical sales engineering or a similar role, preferably within AI, computer vision or IoT.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and to travel up to 40% of the time.

Required skills

• Python and JavaScript programming.
• Edge computing platforms and cloud services such as AWS or Azure IoT.
• Computer‑vision frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of machine‑learning model inference, data handling and API integration.

What we offer

• Target OTE of $170,000‑$240,000 per year, reviewed semi‑annually.
