Head of Delivery

About the role

Roboflow is seeking a senior leader to own and scale the delivery function that turns complex computer‑vision projects into production‑ready systems. The role combines hands‑on technical work with building a high‑performing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Delivery organization, including Implementation Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Get hands‑on with the hardest deployments, joining architecture discussions, scoping, troubleshooting, and executive customer conversations.
• Create repeatable frameworks for scoping, implementation, deployment, escalation, and handoff.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects to ensure successful deployments from sale to production.
• Define and measure implementation success, time‑to‑value, deployment health, and customer outcomes.
• Identify scalable solutions through people, process, product, documentation, tooling, or automation.
• Hire, coach, and develop technical talent with strong customer instincts.
• Establish feedback loops with Product and Engineering to feed customer challenges back into the product.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or leading a customer‑facing technical delivery, professional services, or similar organization in a software company.
• Deep technical expertise and comfort working alongside engineers on complex customer problems.
• Hands‑on leadership style, staying involved in technical work while managing a team.
• Track record of moving projects from proof‑of‑concept to production at scale.
• Strong people‑leadership skills to attract, develop, and retain high‑agency technical talent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent judgment in prioritization and resource allocation across multiple critical customers.
