Solution Consultant – Compass (Data Cloud)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Solution Consultant for its Compass suite within the Veeva Data Cloud. The role blends deep technical data expertise with a consultative, client‑facing approach to drive adoption and growth of commercial data products for life‑science customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go‑to expert on Veeva Compass and HCP Access, articulating value propositions and handling objections.
• Design and deliver custom data assessments and product demos that address customers' commercial use cases.
• Contribute to a repeatable pre‑sales framework, including processes, methodologies and analysis templates.
• Manage multiple analytics projects to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with product teams to influence roadmap.
• Support Account Partners in responding to RFPs and building strong client relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of healthcare data or analytics experience, especially in oncology or rare disease.
• Proven experience working with commercial teams in life sciences and managing client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data sets from vendors such as IQVIA, ICON and Komodo.
• Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL and manage projects with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, analysis and presentation skills.
