Solution Consultant – Safety (Life Sciences)

About the role

As a Solution Consultant for Safety, you will act as the primary bridge between complex pharmacovigilance challenges and Veeva’s industry‑leading cloud platform. You will advise leading life‑science companies on moving from fragmented legacy systems to a unified Vault Safety solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify specific business challenges and design solutions that demonstrate how Vault Safety streamlines end‑to‑end pharmacovigilance processes.
• Deliver tailored presentations and live demonstrations that showcase the tangible value of the Vault Safety platform.
• Collaborate with Account Partners, Strategists, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in the life‑sciences industry.
• Deep familiarity with end‑to‑end pharmacovigilance processes, including case processing, PSMF, PVAs, RMPs, and safety signal management.
• Strong presentation abilities and a self‑starter attitude capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, team‑first environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time across North America.

Required skills

• Understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault Safety or similar safety software platforms.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and concepts.
