About the role
This position is the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership. You will manage service appointments, coordinate vehicle rentals, and provide essential administrative support to keep the service and sales teams running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional manner.
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments using the dealership’s software system.
- Coordinate vehicle rentals and the loaner car program, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Greet customers, respond to general inquiries, and provide a friendly front‑desk experience.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scanning documents, and handling emails and text messages.
- Assist the service and sales departments with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (automotive experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
