About the role
This position is the first point of contact for customers at our dealership, handling phone and in‑person interactions. You will schedule service appointments, manage vehicle rentals and loaner cars, and provide general administrative support to the service and sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments using dealership software.
- Coordinate vehicle rentals and loaner‑car program, ensuring proper documentation.
- Greet customers, respond to general inquiries, and provide a friendly experience.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, and handling emails and text messages.
- Support the service and sales departments as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (automotive experience a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable learning new software systems.
