Senior to Staff Solutions Engineer (Pre‑Sales)

About the role

Sanity.io is building an AI‑powered Content Operating System that lets teams model, create and automate content at scale. The company is hiring senior‑to‑staff level Solutions Engineers to own the full pre‑sales journey for complex enterprise deals, from strategic engagement to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners.
• Own the technical narrative in C‑suite boardrooms and deep‑dive engineering sessions.
• Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Build and maintain showcase implementations, enablement programs and best‑practice guides.
• Represent strategic customer requirements to product and engineering, influencing the roadmap.
• Mentor the broader SE team and raise the bar for technical excellence.

Required profile

• Experience selling enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 accounts and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex architecture for executives and engineers.
• Proven discovery skills to uncover pain points and map solutions.
• Familiarity with CMS, content operations and curiosity about AI applications.
• Solution‑oriented mindset: creative, structured, autonomous and able to lead without a playbook.
