About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for software sales and commercial positions across the United States. This remote role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for software sales and Go‑to‑Market roles.
• Conduct intake meetings, develop recruiting strategies, and manage multiple requisitions.
• Source passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Interview candidates, assess fit, and present qualified talent with detailed recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting software sales or Go‑to‑Market professionals.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Background recruiting within technology or SaaS organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Experience supporting startup or high‑growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and CRM platforms.
• Experience recruiting both commercial and technical talent.
