Senior Sales Recruiter - High-Volume Sales Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter who specializes in high‑volume hiring of sales talent. This full‑time, remote position works on U.S. business hours and focuses exclusively on sourcing, evaluating, and placing sales professionals who can deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit sales representatives, managers, field sales, commission‑based and contractor roles at scale.
• Source candidates through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other relevant job boards.
• Conduct structured interviews that assess communication, persuasion, resilience, and proven sales performance.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales talent using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate interview schedules directly on the client’s calendar and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Track and report on sourcing, screening, and candidate progression, providing clear updates to the hiring team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience recruiting and successfully hiring sales professionals at volume.
• Deep understanding of how to evaluate sales ability beyond résumé keywords.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview scheduling.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (Central Time preferred).
