Senior Pega Architect – Enterprise Application Integration

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Pega Architect to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, reliable solutions for banking clients across multiple U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents covering functional and non‑functional needs gathered from client workshops.
• Design and review solution architecture to ensure alignment with framework standards and long‑term maintainability.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms for implementation.
• Develop integration strategies for diverse systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases.
• Provide expert guidance to development teams and foster collaborative client relationships.
• Identify system risks, monitor performance, and suggest optimization initiatives.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge base for easy access to critical information.
• Contribute to proposals and RFP responses with technical insights.
