Senior Manager, BUHR Finance

About the role

The Senior Manager, BUHR Finance partners with Human Resources leadership to provide financial insight and decision support for workforce investments. This role shapes people strategy by translating HR initiatives into clear financial outcomes during a period of transformation at DePuy Synthes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead people engagement strategy for the Finance organization.
• Lead and execute Talent Strategy and Management, including performance, succession, capability building, coaching and DEI.
• Advise business leaders and coach them on policies and programs launched by HR COE teams.
• Own the global HR strategy and talent agenda, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and financial performance.
• Drive organization effectiveness, including org design, operating model evolution, spans and layers optimization.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR COEs to design integrated talent solutions.
• Lead workforce planning and analytics, translating business strategy into hiring, development and reskilling plans.
• Monitor external market trends and translate insights into forward‑looking HR strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 6‑8 years of progressive HR experience with business partnering and enterprise talent strategy execution.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities with business and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience supporting Finance and/or Legal organizations in a global, matrixed, publicly traded company is preferred.
