About the role
Thrivence is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant to partner with our Leadership Empowerment team. You will design, implement, and evaluate leadership programs that close capability gaps and drive organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments through interviews and stakeholder analysis to identify development priorities.
- Support client communication and coordination for program logistics, participant cohorts, and milestones.
- Design and develop curricula, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessment debrief reports, and executive‑ready presentations.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Apply adult learning theory, leadership competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies to create impactful experiences.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of consulting or related experience, with direct client engagement.
- Strong problem‑solving, needs‑analysis, and program‑evaluation skills.
- Business acumen and a passion for developing people.
Required skills
- Familiarity with 360‑degree feedback tools.
- Experience with psychometric assessments such as DiSC, Hogan, and EQ‑i.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).
