About the role

As a Senior Recruiter at Hinge, you will partner strategically with hiring leaders across technical and business functions, owning the full recruitment lifecycle while leveraging AI‑enabled workflows to drive efficiency and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment for technical and business roles, from intake to offer closure, using AI‑enabled workflows.
• Audit and refine interview rubrics, assessments and scoring guides to eliminate bottlenecks and improve candidate throughput.
• Track and report metrics such as time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance rate, NPS and source effectiveness.
• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, university partnerships and direct outreach.
• Utilise AI‑driven recruiting tools and predictive analytics to identify and engage passive talent.
• Build diverse pipelines by crafting inclusive job descriptions and partnering with DEI‑focused organisations and HBCUs/HSIs.
• Audit funnel data to spot representation gaps and coach hiring teams on bias mitigation.
• Develop recruitment marketing campaigns that showcase Hinge’s culture and mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level full‑cycle recruitment across technical and business functions.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse and act on recruitment metrics.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with hiring leaders.
