People Experience (HR) Generalist

About the role

BlastX Consulting is looking for a People Experience (HR) Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle. You will partner directly with the VP of People Experience and company leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while shaping a vibrant remote culture.

Key responsibilities

• Champion core values through culture, communication, and engagement programs, plan virtual events, and run learning activities via the LMS.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts: design recruiting strategies, manage the full hiring funnel, ensure a standout candidate experience, and report recruiting metrics.
• Oversee teammate lifecycle and operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data hygiene, and quality‑assurance checks for project deliverables.

Required profile

• Proactive mindset with a genuine care for people behind the work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across a fully remote team.
• Comfort with managing multiple initiatives and wearing several hats.
