Senior Data Analyst

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst will own the integrity, usability, and structure of customer data for IVF centers and internal product teams. You will drive data quality, create efficient pipelines, and deliver actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and convert datasets (CSV, JSON, XML, Excel) into Lua tables or scripts.
• Validate and test Lua output to ensure successful ingestion into the SaaS platform.
• Provide reproducible reports and analyses to answer business questions for IVF centers.
• Collaborate with product teams to define new features that enhance data understanding.
• Serve as the Python subject‑matter expert for the data team.
• Implement quality controls, departmental standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines, relational databases, and scalable reporting workflows.
• Create intuitive, self‑serve BI dashboards as the organization’s source of truth.
• Participate in client calls, manage expectations, and guide data review phases.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Lua.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with data validation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without future sponsorship.
