About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is rapidly expanding and seeks a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead its Inside Sales team. This role focuses on coaching, KPI management, and fostering a high‑performance sales culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Inside Sales Representatives in outbound and inbound appointment‑setting.
• Coach reps through live feedback, call reviews, and performance development sessions.
• Monitor daily sales metrics to ensure productivity, lead conversion, and pipeline growth.
• Conduct morning huddles, weekly check‑ins, and individual 1:1s to align the team with business goals.
• Model effective sales conversations and ensure consistent team coverage during peak lead flow.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales team leadership in a call‑center environment.
• Proven success leading quota‑driven teams and influencing sales KPIs.
• Coach‑mindset with ability to motivate, recognize, and drive performance.
• High energy, results‑driven, willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and resilience in a fast‑paced setting.
