About the role

North Bridge Staffing is looking for a Sales Executive (Account Executive) in Miami, Florida. The role drives the company's sales business model by generating new business and delivering exceptional service so clients stay satisfied and retain their relationship. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings proactively through cold calling, email outreach, targeted messaging, social media engagement and networking.
• Engage key decision-makers to understand their business objectives, challenges and workforce needs.
• Provide tailored talent solutions that match organizational goals.
• Build and manage client relationships and deliver solutions to staffing needs.
• Use the sales business model to identify opportunities and grow.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record, preferably in staffing or a related industry.
• Experience contacting decision-makers by cold call to secure meetings and asking for business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven, committed to sales targets and client service.
