Key Account Manager - Marine Business Line (English-Spanish, Miami)

About the role

GateSource HR Energy & Power Division is partnering with an industry-leading distributor of premium marine brands to support its growth. It is looking for a Sales Operation Manager to play a key role in organizing the marine business line across the Caribbean region, based in Miami. The role is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the marine business line across several locations in the Caribbean.
• Work closely with General Managers and local Marine Managers to promote and develop existing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to grow the client base.
• Analyze financial data and contribute to financial reporting.
• Introduce new products to the market and take part in contract negotiations with global accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering, business management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations or related roles in the marine industry.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and support teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of marine products and services preferred.
