Account Development Representative (Spanish Speaker) - Chicago

About the role

Fever for Business, the B2B arm of Fever, offers live entertainment as a service to businesses, schools and global brands. As an Account Development Representative you will be the pipeline engine for its privatized events offering: qualifying and nurturing inbound interest, running targeted outbound outreach and closing group ticket deals. The role is based in Chicago and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for the privatized events offering
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging and cadences to raise response and conversion rates
• Maintain clean CRM records and accurate forecasting
• Work with Marketing, Fever Originals and the wider Sales organization to align campaigns and share insights
• Track and report on SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates and closed-won revenue, then iterate based on data
• Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to corporate audiences

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school
• Proven sales development or similar experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS, media or events company
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and to make data-driven decisions
• Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
