Sales Associate – Pop Culture Retail

About the role

Get some, give back! We're looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a BoxLunch Sales Associate you will provide top‑notch customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and keep the store visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits.
  • Cover the sales floor zone and maintain visual standards.
  • Operate the register, process sales transactions and drive add‑on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture and merchandising mix.
  • Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
  • Help prevent theft and ensure proper use of store assets.
  • Maintain an organized stock room and tidy store environment.
  • Perform any other activities assigned by the Store Leader.

Required profile

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Passion for philanthropy and pop‑culture merchandise.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
