Remote Recruiter – US, Canada & Caribbean

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across the United States, Canada, and occasionally the Caribbean. The role focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, employer branding, and data‑driven sourcing to attract diverse talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for blue‑collar and professional positions across the US, Canada and the Caribbean.
• Source, pre‑screen, coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Create tailored job advertisements for social media and niche platforms to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Research and test new sourcing tools and job boards, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization through engaging content and relevant online communities.
• Participate in strategic recruitment initiatives and process‑improvement projects.
• Leverage data insights and heat‑map reports to shape recruitment strategies and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies for challenging searches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiter‑type activities such as screening and interview coordination.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders across recruiting and hiring teams.
• Comfort handling urgent, short‑term coverage needs.
• Familiarity with recruiting practices in Canada.
