Remote Mandarin-Speaking Medical Doctor (Telehealth)

About the role

We are looking for a licensed medical doctor fluent in Mandarin to deliver patient‑centered care through telehealth. The position is fully remote and operates on a 9 AM‑5 PM EST schedule, allowing you to support elderly patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video or telephone consultations, primarily outbound calls, and handle inbound calls as needed.
• Document patient histories, examinations, procedures, and treatment plans in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow agency protocols and supervisory guidance for all patient interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine and valid medical license.
• Excellent English and Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken).
• Availability to work 9 AM‑5 PM EST.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and high‑speed internet connection.
