Regional HSE Manager

About the role

The Regional HSE Manager will lead the implementation of health, safety and environmental systems across multiple sites in the assigned region, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, ISO standards and all applicable regulations while fostering a culture of safety.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance with company, local, provincial, state and federal regulations, ISO certifications and corporate HSE initiatives.
• Act as technical resource for sites on OSHA, EPA, DOT and related authorities.
• Conduct regular onsite visits, audits and risk assessments, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee site safety coordinators, lead SSC meetings and deliver training.
• Assist business units with incident investigations, root‑cause analyses and corrective action implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Risk Management, Environmental, Quality or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years progressive QHSE management experience.
• ISO Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Professional safety or environmental certification (CSP, CMIOSH, TSP, NBOSH, etc.).
