Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Moog is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. The role supports both non‑exempt and exempt hiring across local and global locations, working in a hybrid schedule from the Buffalo/East Aurora area.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to provide comprehensive support for all hiring levels, including scheduling interviews across time zones.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interview logistics, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Facilitate pre‑hire onboarding, managing background checks, toxicology tests, and FAA‑related training requirements.
• Arrange travel for candidates visiting various U.S. Moog sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team.
• Prioritize workload, resolve scheduling conflicts, and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑volume, structured environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.

• Workday Applicant Tracking System.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
