Recruiter – Remote (US)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across the United States, Canada, and occasional Caribbean locations. This remote role focuses on sourcing diverse candidates, building employer brand presence, and using data‑driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar and professional positions in the US, Canada and the Caribbean.
• Source, pre‑screen, coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
• Create tailored job ads for social media and niche job boards to attract diverse talent.
• Research and test new sourcing tools and platforms, emphasizing inclusion.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization through engaging content and community participation.
• Collaborate on strategic recruitment projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyze heat‑map and other recruitment data to refine strategies.
• Partner with external agencies to support challenging searches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including screening and interview coordination.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Comfort handling urgent, short‑term hiring needs.
• Familiarity with recruiting practices in Canada.
